The present conditions may change due to a unilateral decision by Kintu Studio. Therefore, it is advisable that, before making an online purchase, the Customer / User is informed about the General Conditions of Sale and Use of the website Kintu Studio, in order to proceed with the correct and safe realization of a purchase. The periodic and prior reading of these conditions is the responsibility of the User.

The User acknowledges that, for the purpose of making the purchase and delivery of ordered products operational, he will have to provide us with a set of minimum information, necessary for this purpose. Handmade and natural products are not 100% replicable, so the image that appears on the website is an illustrative reference, and there may always be subtle differences in color, weight, texture, among others. Also, the colors on the screen are not always true to the current color, therefore we cannot guarantee that the image of any color on your device accurately reflects the true color of the products.

We reserve the right to change our descriptions, images or other content website at any time, with no due obligation. 

Our suppliers guarantee that the Products available are in compliance with the national and EU legislation in force. Products made available at Kintu Studio may not be used for illegal purposes or other purposes not previously authorized in writing.

 

Orders & Cancellations

Once the payment associated with the order has been made, we will arrange for its processing. You will receive an automatic email confirming your order.

 Kintu Studio reserves the right to refuse the order in the event that: the information provided at the time of its completion or the creation of the user's personal account is incomplete, the billing information is incorrect, in case of suspected fraud and in other cases under these conditions.

 In these situations, the User will receive, via the email address associated with his order, cancellation information about the order and its causes.

Cancellation of the order by the user 

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, the User can cancel it.

For this, the User must send an email to the address of support@kintustudio.com, indicating the reason for the cancellation and the order number or attaching / forwarding the order confirmation email.

Payment

We accept payments by the following payment methods: Paypal

Paypal is also a safe payment and a fast method.

After payment confirmation, Kintu Studio will send the invoice according to the data provided by the buyer. On the website you can choose eight currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, RUB, PLN), in order to see prices and costs in the currency you are most used to.

Shipping costs only appear at checkout. Import fees and customs fees are not displayed on the website and Kintu Studio is not responsible for these fees. It is up to the buyer to inquire with the local authorities and pay the fees upon receipt. Shipping costs and fees vary depending on the weight and destination of the order.

Delivery

All orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday. Deliveries to mainland Portugal usually take between 48h to 72h to arrive. For the rest of the world orders will take between 2 weeks to 10 weeks, depending on the country or zone.

We emphasize that some products are produced by order, so in this case delivery times do not apply. If you want to have a delivery forecast for these products, send us an email to support@kintustudio.com, we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Kintu Studio has no control over the charges made when the order arrives in its destination country. Therefore, import duties and customs fees must be paid by the order recipient. The amount payable and customs policies are changeable and vary from country to country, so we are unable to provide the buyer with reliable information about the amount that will be charged. We advise you to contact your local customs office to verify the current charges before placing the order.

The customer must assume full responsibility for any orders returned due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deductible from your refund. If you are outside the European Union make sure to send your item accompanied by the due temporary export paperwork.

Right of Free Consumer Resolution

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, counting from the date of delivery of the order, during which they can proceed to return the product, without the need to indicate any reason for that purpose. Consumer means a User who, being a natural person, acts for purposes that are not part of his commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity.

In order to exercise the right of free withdrawal, however, the following conditions must be met: 

1. The product must not have been used or tampered with;
2. The original characteristics of the product must be maintained, which must be accompanied by the original packaging and without damage;
3. the product must be complete and properly packaged (if the article consists of more than one piece, they must be returned in full);
4. inclusion of a copy of the printed invoice. 

In order to exercise the right of free withdrawal, the Consumer must communicate his decision to terminate the contract by means of an unambiguous statement which must include his name, geographical address and contacts, identification of the acquired asset, date of application and reception of the good. The User can proceed with the elaboration and sending of his resolution communication, which must contain the aforementioned information.

The Consumer shall, without undue delay and at the latest, within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to terminate the contract, send or deliver the ordered product, enclosing a copy of the resolution communication and the invoice for purchase for. 

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 days, counting from the date of receipt of the returned product (s) and using the same payment method used by the buyer. If the buyer wishes to use the amount already paid to exchange for another item of equal or greater value in the online store, he must express this intention to the email support@kintustudio.com, so that the customer support team can do the following process. In the latter case, the Kintu team will issue a code that the user can use in a new purchase, thus refunding the amount paid for the product of the first order.

Prices And Campaigns

The price of each product may vary depending on the campaigns that are in progress and their duration. In this sense, the price of the product is what appears on the www.kintustudio.com domain at the time of placing the order. The price shown as the product price already includes the I.V.A. (Value Added Tax), that is, it is presented in P.V.P. The price shown excludes costs associated with shipping. At check-out you will be informed about the total amount to be paid, which includes the product price and shipping cost.

Kintu Studio reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the changes it deems necessary to the online store, being able to update, even if every day, products and prices according to the news and campaigns that arise. However, such changes will not have any effect on orders that, by the time the changes are made, have already been made. We also reserve the right to change the shipping costs at any time, without affecting, nevertheless, the orders which have already been completed. 

We emphasize that if you are located outside of the E.U. customs charges, different taxations and import duties may be applicable. Kintu Studio is not responsible for these charges. These fees are not counted at check-out. We advise you to seek answers from your country's customs authorities.

Kintu Studio launches, sporadically, promotional campaigns that are executed by using promotional codes on our website. These promotional codes are discounts - with a limited validity- that are applied to your shopping cart (can mean a discount on a product, on the total purchase or on the offer of shipping costs). The conditions for using these codes are defined by Kintu Studio and communicated on the website or by email. To take advantage of the promotional code, you must respect the instructions given by the communication mentioned above.

Intellectual and Industrial Property 

Kintu Studio and its Suppliers own the Rights related to Intellectual and Industrial Property of brands, icons, logos, texts, photographs, graphic design, videos published on the www.kintustudio.com domain, that are not for external use and as such directly or through exclusive exploration license, as well as the products sold here, what are the works of intellectual and creative characters protected by the various branches of intellectual law, commercial rules, competition and other applied legislation.

Each unauthorized use by third parties of intellectual property rights, in any context and for any use, is subject to legal and applicable consequences. Only domain content is allowed for personal use. No part of the domain may be reproduced for sale or distribution for commercial gain, nor may it be modified or incorporated into any other work, publication or domain on the web.

Warranty 

The products sold by Kintu Studio are guaranteed for different periods, depending on the item and the supplier in question. Questions regarding warranties for product (s) purchased at Kintu Studio should be sent to email support@kintustudio.com. If we verify the need for replacement or refund, the situation will be remedied by the supplier.

It is essential to display the original proof of purchase for the purpose of triggering the warranty. All products that have been improperly handled / applied are excluded from the warranty.
