Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday. Deliveries to mainland Portugal usually take between 48h to 72h to arrive. For the rest of the world orders will take between 2 weeks to 10 weeks, depending on the country or zone.

We emphasize that some products are produced by order, so in this case delivery times do not apply. If you want to have a delivery forecast for these products, send us an email to support@kintustudio.com, we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Our website is currently programmed to accept orders for countries on five continents. Below you can find the list of countries to which we ship our products. If you can´t find your country on this list, you can request the shipping conditions to your country through the email support@kintustudio.com.

Shipping Companies

We use CTT anda DPD to deliver national orders and use Fedex / TNT and GLS to ship worldwide.

 

Tracking Orders

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been processed, with your tracking ID.

Customs & Import Charges

Kintu Studio has no control over the charges made when the order arrives in its destination country. Therefore, import duties and customs fees must be paid by the order recipient. The amount payable and customs policies are changeable and vary from country to country, so we are unable to provide the buyer with reliable information about the amount that will be charged. We advise you to contact your local customs office to verify the current charges before placing the order.

The customer must assume full responsibility for any orders returned due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deductible from your refund. If you are outside the European Union make sure to send your item accompanied by the due temporary export paperwork.
